Hearth acquired part of the terrace of small cottages at the Rosetta roundabout in Belfast using a grant for buildings at risk administered by the Architectural Heritage Fund.
The houses are thought to date from at least the early 19th century, and may be older, going back to a time when Ballynafeigh was a small village on the outskirts of the then town of Belfast. After the merger of Hearth Housing Association with Clanmil Housing Association, the restoration of the cottages was completed by the Hearth Heritage division of Clanmil in the summer of 2018.
